제목: COPN 요청 번호 VA-8868: 개최 예정인 IFFC는 Winchester Medical Center가 Planning District (PD) 7 의 1840 Amherst Street, Winchester, Virginia에 4개의 범용 수술실을 추가하여 수술 서비스를 확장하려는 요청에 관한 것입니다.
